How to add your own photo

You'll need Microsoft PowerPoint installed on your computer.

Download the editable slide above and open it in PowerPoint.

On the slide you'll see a speaker icon in the photo placeholder. Click the icon once to select that placeholder.

Right-click the placeholder and choose Change Picture → This Device… (on Mac: Change Picture → Picture from File…).

Select your photo from your computer and click Insert. Your photo will drop straight into the frame, correctly sized and cropped.

To share it, go to File → Save As (or Export) and choose JPEG or PNG. You can then post the image to LinkedIn, X, or any other channel.

Tip: If your photo looks zoomed in or off-centre, select it and use Picture Format → Crop to reposition it within the frame. A square, head-and-shoulders photo works best. Don't forget to tag #BacPath2026 when you post.
